Stir-fried tofu with soy sauce

Cut the northern tofu into small pieces.

Preheat the air fryer at 200° for 4 minutes. Place a piece of oil paper, put the tofu into the pot, and fry for 10 minutes. The fried side will be brown and beautiful. Turn over and fry for another 5 minutes.

Place the fried tofu on a plate and set aside. Cut green onions into sections and set aside.

Cut leeks into sections and set aside. Prepare 3 millet peppers.

Prepare 20 grams of bacon and tempeh. The seasoning is soy sauce.

Heat oil in a pan, add scallions and black beans and stir-fry together.

When the bacon and black bean curd are stir-fried to develop a dry aroma, add the fried tofu and stir-fry together.
