Overview

I'm tired of eating big fish and meat during the holidays, and I always want to eat some refreshing cold dishes. In extraordinary times, fresh vegetables are precious. Fortunately, there are enough New Year dishes prepared to last a few days. This morning, I had three shredded noodles served cold, slightly spicy, appetizing and refreshing.

  1. Purple cabbage, baby cabbage.

  3. Cut purple cabbage into thin strips.

  5. Put the three ingredients into a bowl and add shredded millet and pepper.

  6. Season with appropriate amount of salt, white vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil and chili oil.
