Cut the pork into thin slices.

Put the sliced meat into the meat grinder.

This is the minced meat.

Pour in the peanut oil and stir in one direction, then add oyster sauce, chicken essence, five-spice powder and dark soy sauce to taste.

After preparing the cabbage stuffing, kill the cabbage with salt to prevent it from becoming watery when wrapping.

Drain the cabbage and put it into the meat filling. Stir clockwise and add salt to taste when it is ready to be wrapped.

This is noodles made in advance.

Roll into a long strip into even small dough, then flatten and roll into a circle.

Wrap in appropriate amount of filling.

Wrap into bun shape.

Wake up for 15 minutes.

Steam the pot in cold water for 15 minutes. It doesn't take too long for my steamed buns.

Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing from the pot.
