Crispy oil-free potato chips
Overview
I went to the supermarket today and saw the new big potatoes. They were so big. My son strongly requested to buy them and bake them as potato chips to eat at home, so I picked two more symmetrical ones, which satisfied my son’s little greed, haha.

Wash potatoes and peel them

Cut into thin slices

Soak in water for 10 minutes

After rinsing, drain the water and sprinkle with salt, chicken powder and white pepper

Mix well

Place on the curtain to dry.

Place it on the grill - (My microwave is a flat plate, so it can only be placed on the grill. If it is a rotary type, just place it on a flat plate)

Put it in the microwave and heat it on high for 5 minutes. During this time, open the oven door twice to release the steam and stir it, otherwise it will stick to the grill. (If baking in a plate, turn it over once in the middle)
