Fungus and chicken soup
Overview
My family loves to eat chicken and drink chicken soup. This time I rarely bought a big fat hen with lots of grass. Because the chicken is bigger and has more fat, I asked the boss to cut it in half when I bought it, and prepared to stew the soup twice to enjoy its delicious taste~~~

Prepare fungus and grass chicken

Soak the fungus in warm water in advance

Clean the grass chicken

Put the green onions and water into the pot and cover over high heat

After simmering, turn to low heat

After simmering for about half an hour, poke it with chopsticks to see if it can move

Add the fungus and simmer for about 10 minutes
