Taro soup
Overview
These are nothing compared to my mom’s taro soup! I must eat the taro soup made by my mother every morning. It is so nutritious that I won’t talk nonsense. What makes me addicted is its taste. It is called fresh, the taro is smooth, the mushrooms are tender, and the soup is thick and fragrant. After drinking the first bowl, I still want to drink the second bowl. It always makes me unable to eat.

Scrape and clean the taro and cut into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms and break them into small pieces. Mom also prepared some coriander for seasoning! That’s all the materials needed!
-
The method is very simple. Pour peanut oil into the pot, heat it up, add chopped green onion to bring out the fragrance, then add taro and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry the taro for a while, add the mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, then add water and simmer (you can also add some bone broth, it tastes better!). It will be cooked in about ten minutes after the water boils. Then add salt, chicken essence, sprinkle with coriander to taste, and it is ready to serve. It is that simple!

Especially in the morning, I like to have a bowl of taro and mushroom soup, paired with a few fried dough sticks, perfect! I won’t change any delicacies I’m given! Is your mouth watering?
