Stir-fried dried cress
Overview
Cress, an aquatic perennial plant, is sweet in taste and cool in nature, and enters the lungs and stomach meridian. It has the functions of clearing away heat and detoxification, nourishing qi, cleansing the blood, lowering blood pressure, detoxifying the lungs and diluting dampness. Although the leaves are similar to the common celery, the taste is still different. It was also my first time to buy it, and I thought it would be fried with dried chili peppers, and it was indeed very delicious.
