  1. Soak red beans in water the night before and set aside

  4. Put the sago into the newly boiled water, stir while stirring, turn off the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes

  5. Take the sago out of cold water to wash away the starch

  6. Add water again and cook, stirring while cooking, until there is a white dot in the middle, turn off the heat, and simmer for a few minutes, the sago will be completely transparent
