Red bean and coconut milk sago
Overview
Red beans are warm in nature and have the effect of removing dampness. I’ve been making red bean and barley soup before, but today I’m going to change it up and let LG have a try.

Soak red beans in water the night before and set aside

Add water to the red beans and bring to a boil, then add rock sugar and cook over low heat until the water is almost gone

Remove the red beans and let them cool, then put them in the refrigerator

Put the sago into the newly boiled water, stir while stirring, turn off the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes

Take the sago out of cold water to wash away the starch

Add water again and cook, stirring while cooking, until there is a white dot in the middle, turn off the heat, and simmer for a few minutes, the sago will be completely transparent

Take out the sago, pour it in cold water and put it in the refrigerator
