Overview
This dish is very simple, and it was my least favorite dish when I was a kid, but now it’s become a rarity. I make it every few days and my son actually loves it.

Steps
-
Slice cabbage, cut potatoes into cubes, cut pork into strips, chop green onions, and slice garlic
-
Heat the oil in the pan, add the meat and fry until cooked
-
Add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant. The chopped green onions are cut into small pieces so they are not visible
-
Add cabbage and potatoes and stir-fry until cabbage becomes soft
-
Add appropriate amount of thirteen incense
-
Add dark soy sauce
-
Add appropriate amount of chicken essence
-
After stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of water. Because the cabbage becomes soupy, I only added about two tablespoons of water
-
Simmer until the potatoes are cooked, add salt and mix well
-
Add MSG

Finally add garlic slices
