Stir-fried shredded chicken with coriander

One of my favorite home-cooked dishes. Because I love to eat coriander.

Main raw materials.

Cut the chicken breast into shreds, add egg white and starch.

Remove part of the leaves from coriander (cilantro) (you should only use the coriander stems, I leave some extra leaves when cooking at home) and cut into sections and set aside.

Heat oil, add shredded chicken and fry in oil.

When the chicken shreds turn white, serve them out when they are nearly ripe.

Add the minced onion and ginger to the pan, add cooking wine, white pepper, and salt and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded chicken, coriander, MSG and stir-fry quickly evenly.

Turn off the heat and add minced garlic, stir well.
