Add starch and water to the flour and stir to form a batter. Stir the eggs evenly and fry the sausage slices. Chop green onions and prepare black sesame seeds.

I use a special pan for frying pancakes, just like a non-stick pan. Brush oil at home, pour in the batter directly when cold, and fry for about two minutes (shake the pan after the batter is formed)
