Prepare the materials, wash them, and remove the scars on the skin;

Cut them all into shreds. Do not cut the king oyster mushrooms too finely;

Boil water in a pot and put a spoonful of salt in the water. After the water boils, blanch the carrots and cook until they are tender;

Then blanch the king oyster mushrooms until they are raw;

Take it out and put it in a seasoning bowl;
