  1. Purchase whole meat skins from the market. (PS mine was given to me by my boss when I was shopping for groceries, so it’s a bit fragmented)

  2. Put an appropriate amount of water into the meat skin, add some rice wine or cooking wine, add some ginger and salt and boil.

  3. After boiling, rinse well!

  4. Scrape the fat and fur off the skin!

  5. Add rice wine or cooking wine, add some ginger slices, and continue cooking.

  6. Cook for about a quarter of an hour, then wash and cut into small strips.

  7. Add water, rice wine or cooking wine and ginger and cook. After boiling, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and cook until the soup thickens. Turn off the heat, put it in a container (I put it in a crisper) and let it cool!
