Sauced potatoes
Overview
Since we Northeasterners love to eat sauce, there are many dishes derived from sauce, such as: pickled vegetables, scrambled eggs with sauce,,,,,, sauced potatoes, which is a famous Northeastern dish with sauce as the main condiment. Not only is the sauce rich in flavor, but the potatoes are soft and glutinous, making it an incomparable dish to go with rice!

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.

Cut green pepper into cubes.

Put the base oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and saute

Add bean paste and stir-fry.

Add green pepper and fry until raw.

Add potatoes.

Add old extraction color.

Add water to cover the potatoes, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat until the potatoes become tender.
