Wash the ingredients, cut green peppers, onions, purple onions into cubes, cut onions into sections, shred ginger, and slice garlic

Slice the mutton, add salt, soy sauce, thirteen spices, cumin powder, ginger, garlic, white wine, mix well, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 hours
