Wash the chicken feet, blanch them in water and take them out for later use.

Put ginger slices, soy sauce, water and rock sugar into a pot and bring to a boil.

Put the blanched chicken feet into the soy sauce pot and simmer over low heat.

Simmer for about 30 minutes until the skin of the chicken feet is softened. (If you like it refreshing, you can reduce the stewing time)

Turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes to allow the chicken feet to get more color and flavor (if you like a stronger flavor, you can simmer for a longer time), and you can taste it!
