Fry until the color turns sugary. After frying, add the washed and dried pork belly and stir-fry until oil comes out

Add stock or hot water, red pepper MSG, cooking wine, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, boil the water and simmer over low heat

After the pork belly is soft and glutinous, use high heat to remove the juice

When the juice is reduced and there is still some soup, add salt, MSG, soy sauce, seasoning and color
