Soak kelp buds and set aside.

Peel the winter melon and cut into small cubes.

Chives, millet pepper (optional).

Heat a little oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant.

Add the winter melon and stir-fry for a few times.

Pour into a bowl of boiling water.

Pour in the soaked kelp buds.
