This is a beautiful and delicious sweet bread. Some people say: Why do you make such beautiful bread? In fact, good-looking bread can attract other people’s appetite, right? This is a dough kneaded with Dongling BM1352AE-3C without using the post-oiling method. All the ingredients were put into the bread bucket and kneaded for only 25 minutes. A beautiful glove film has appeared. In fact, it is not necessary to knead to the complete stage to make this bread, but the Dongling bread machine is too powerful. As for the bread being able to be colored so evenly, it is of course due to the stable temperature of the Dongling K30A oven.

  1. Put water, egg liquid, sugar, salt, and milk powder in the bread bucket.

  2. Add the bread flour and add the butter and yeast cut into small pieces on top of the flour. Put the bread bucket into the Dongling bread machine and select "Kneading" for 10 minutes.

  4. Select kneading noodles for another 15 minutes.

  6. Leave the dough in the bread barrel. If the room temperature is high that day, there is no need to start the fermentation function of the bread machine and let it ferment for 40 minutes.

  7. Take out the fermented dough and deflate it, then divide it into 6 pieces of 40g dough, 1 piece of 50g dough, 9 pieces of 11g dough, and 5 pieces of 10g dough. Roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes. 6 portions of 25g bean paste filling, 1 portion of 50g.

  8. Press 40 grams of dough into a round shape with your hands, with the smooth side facing down, thick in the middle and thin at the edges. Place 25 grams of bean paste filling in the middle and seal it.

  9. With the seam facing down, wrap 50 grams of bean paste filling in 50 grams of dough. Place the prepared bread dough into an 8-inch round non-stick mold. Place the large bread dough in the middle, leaving a gap for each one, as shown in the picture.

  10. Place the mold into the Dongling K30A oven, place a bowl of hot water underneath, and select fermentation level 02 of the oven. Ferment for 40 minutes.

  11. During the fermentation time, roll out 11 grams of dough and braid one braid for every 3 strips, making a total of 3 strips.

  12. Roll another 10 grams of dough into a round shape, stack five pieces together, press in the middle with chopsticks, and roll up from the last piece inward. Then make a cut in the middle to make two roses.

  14. Cut the long braid into two sections, forming a total of 6 short braids. Pinch the ends tightly, sprinkle flour on the surface, and place it between the two bread doughs. Place roses in the middle of the larger bread dough. Sprinkle the rose bread dough with flour as well.

  15. Place in the lower shelf of the preheated oven, set the upper heat to 165 degrees and the lower heat to 170 degrees, and bake for 24 minutes.
