Sautéed eggplant ~ a delicacy that often appears on my family's dining table. Eggplant has a high content of vitamin P. Vitamin P can maintain the elasticity and physiological function of blood vessel walls and prevent hardening and rupture.   1. Cut the eggplant with a hob~
