Sautéed Eggplant
Overview
Sautéed eggplant ~ a delicacy that often appears on my family's dining table. Eggplant has a high content of vitamin P. Vitamin P can maintain the elasticity and physiological function of blood vessel walls and prevent hardening and rupture. Therefore, eating eggplant regularly can help prevent and treat high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis and hemorrhagic purpura.

Cut the eggplant with a hob~
