Ingredients
Steps
-
The green peppers I bought were very fresh. Make braised green peppers with garlic paste for your children.
-
Wash appropriate amount of green pepper and remove the stems.
-
Clap twice with a knife and make a cut in the middle.
-
Minced garlic is ready.
-
Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir-fry the peppercorns until fragrant.
-
Add minced garlic and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant (it’s best to use millet pepper. It rained today and I didn’t go out to buy it, so I used dried red pepper instead).
-
Add green pepper.
-
Stir fry twice.
-
Season with appropriate amounts of salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
-
Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.
-
Simmer for 2 minutes.
-
Turn off the heat and serve.
