Overview
There are many ways to make beef. Sometimes I am too lazy to hammer the meat when making steak. It takes too long to make soup, and it feels trivial to make minced meat. I finally found a time-saving way to make it, black garlic beef cubes. The process is simple and the taste is very good. I have slightly improved it on the original basis and it is very suitable for my own taste. I just don’t quite understand why people call it black garlic? Cut the beef into 1.5cm cubes, add egg white, black pepper (1 teaspoon), light soy sauce, oyster sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
