A very simple and light bowl of soup, very suitable for summer~~~

Peel, wash and cut the loofah into pieces.

Cut green onions into thin sections.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions.

Add the loofah and stir-fry.

Add water and bring to boil.

Add appropriate amount of dried shrimps, appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Thicken and serve. (I forgot to thicken it)
