Crystal dumplings
Overview
Crystal dumplings are made from very particular materials. I am currently using Muci powder and Cheng powder, which are transparent and easy to make.

Prepare the meat filling.

Mix Chengfen and Muci powder with boiling water into flocculent form.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Divide into even portions.

Drip a little oil on the drilling board and use a knife to press the paste into dumpling wrappers.

Put the meat filling into the dumpling wrappers to form dumplings and place them on a plate.

Put the dumplings into the steamer and steam them for about 20 minutes after the water boils.

After steaming, you can serve it directly to the table or add your favorite dipping sauce.
