Slippery seaweed
Overview
Seaweed is rich in nutrients. In addition to ordinary soups, it can also be used to cook over low heat. This kind of seaweed is very tender and smooth, and it is easy to make. If you add oysters, it will be even more delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare an appropriate amount of seaweed.
-
Prepare red pepper shreds, ginger shreds, and scallions.
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add shredded ginger, red pepper shreds, and white scallions, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant.
-
Wash the seaweed with buffered water to wash away the dust. (Just run it through water, don’t soak it. This is no-rinse seaweed for wet heads, but I’m used to rinsing it)
-
Put it in the pot and add a little salt.
-
Boil and remove immediately. (When cooking, just use medium-low heat, and don’t cook for a long time)
