Cut the meat into pieces, cut the beans into sections, chop the green onion, cut the garlic into pieces, and break up the aniseed

Heat the oil and stir-fry the pork until the surface is slightly browned. Add the onion, garlic, aniseed, vinegar and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add the green beans and stir-fry for two minutes. Add salt and chicken essence and stir well. Add water and bring to a boil until the water covers the green beans

Spread the noodles evenly on the beans and cover

You can turn it over halfway to prevent it from sticking. Just turn over the noodles without leaving the dishes underneath. It will take about 15 minutes in total

Before serving, mix the noodles and vegetables evenly
