Prepare the raw materials first.

Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until soft.

Wash the blueberries, put 60g of blueberries into the pot with water and sugar.

Squeeze in lemon, about 20g. Increase or decrease according to personal preference.

Boil the mixture until it turns purple.

While hot, add soaked gelatine sheets and stir evenly.

Filter out the solids and allow to cool.

Prepare the container, pour the blueberry water into 1/2 of the container, add a few blueberries, and refrigerate until solid.

After taking it out, pour blueberry water again until the container is full, add a few more blueberries, and refrigerate until solidified.
