Wash the millet and glutinous rice and soak them in water for half an hour, and rinse the corn kernels.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add millet and glutinous rice, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer. Stir a few times during this period.

Cook until the rice grains bloom and become sticky, add the corn kernels and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Mince the ginger, wash the green vegetables, cut the leaves into shreds.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add minced ginger and stir-fry.
