Overview

Sugar triangle, one of my favorite staple foods, I made it again today. The only drawback is that the dough did not ferment very well today, probably because the time was not reached. If there is enough time, it should be better.

  1. Add two eggs into the flour and make a dough

  2. Cover the mixed dough with a damp cloth and put it in a warm place to ferment. It takes about 2 hours. I worked on it for an hour and a half, but the fermentation effect is not very good~

  3. Take it out, knead and press to release the air, and let it rise again for about 10 minutes~

  6. Press and roll the dough into a round shape, then wrap it in brown sugar~

  7. Wrap it into a triangle shape, be sure to tighten the mouth, otherwise the brown sugar will flow out~

  8. I also made some other ones with red bean paste filling and pork floss filling. The method is the same, but the shapes are different~

  9. Add water to the steamer and bring to a boil over high heat. Put the triangle in the steamer and wait for about 15 minutes. It must be over high heat~
