  6. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, coat it with salt and pepper oil, fold it into three layers, then cut it into equal parts, hold both ends with your hands and twist them in opposite directions, and do them one by one.

  7. Put some oil in a non-stick pan, put the hair roll in, and let it rise for the second time.
