Ingredients
Steps
-
Steam the pumpkin and press it into puree. Set aside.
-
Mix flour, yeast powder and sugar together.
-
Add the pumpkin puree to the flour and add an appropriate amount of water to form a dough, then knead it into a smooth dough and let it ferment naturally indoors for about an hour.
-
After the dough has risen, knead it more often to release the air.
-
Prepare some salt and pepper oil.
-
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, coat it with salt and pepper oil, fold it into three layers, then cut it into equal parts, hold both ends with your hands and twist them in opposite directions, and do them one by one.
-
Put some oil in a non-stick pan, put the hair roll in, and let it rise for the second time.
-
Fry the small dots until the bottom is golden, add an appropriate amount of water, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until the water dries out and they are cooked through.
-
Open the lid and take a look. The color is really nice, soft and fragrant.
-
Look at the golden and crispy bottom.
