Chop the vegetables (the mushrooms are blanched in advance, and the yuba is leftover from cooking and can be omitted).

Dice the steamed buns.

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onions and carrots and stir-fry.

Add mushrooms and cabbage and stir-fry.

Add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar and mix well, then add yuba and mix well.

Add diced steamed buns.

Cover the pot and let the steam over low heat heat the buns for about 1 minute.
