Grilled Chicken with Burnt Skin, Osmanthus and Tomato Sauce
Overview
I have always wanted to try grilled chicken, and I just had time on Friday, so I made it. It was the first time to grill chicken. My family didn’t have much hope for me. Unexpectedly, everyone said it was delicious after the roast. Because the sauce contained osmanthus sauce and honey and some tomato sauce was added, the taste was sweet, spicy and slightly sour, and the taste was rich

Steps
-
Marinate the chicken first. I bought a three-yellow chicken weighing six ounces per pound. Wash them first, leaving no internal organs or claws
-
Start making the sauce, three spoons of Korean bibimbap sauce, two spoons of tomato sauce, two spoons of honey, one spoon of osmanthus sauce, and a little cooking wine. A little salt, mix well, you can prepare some sauce, it will taste good when you pour it on the vegetables when they are roasted
-
First give the chicken a bath, put on disposable gloves, spread the sauce evenly on the chicken, and get a plastic bag. Put all the chicken and remaining sauce together, tie it tightly, and put it in the refrigerator overnight to make it easier to absorb the flavor.
-
Line a baking sheet with tin foil, wash and peel potatoes, broccoli, and onions. Dice the potatoes, cut the broccoli into cubes, slice the onions, and lay them flat on the baking sheet
-
Take the marinated chicken out of the plastic bag and put it on top of the vegetables. This way, when grilled, the chicken soup can soak into the vegetables, making the vegetables taste better. Wrap the tips of the chicken wings in tin foil. Because it is easier to burn. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 60 minutes, until the chicken can be pierced with chopsticks
-
During the baking process, I prepared the juice of honey and osmanthus sauce, which is one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of osmanthus sauce. Use a brush to apply a layer of it in about 20 minutes. This will make the baked color look good

The roasted chicken is charred, the skin is crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and it has a light osmanthus fragrance. It's slightly spicy and the vegetable taste is better.
