Crispy Pie
Overview
I used to eat it often when I was a child. I like the crispy outside and tender inside. I can eat it for breakfast and lunch. Now I would like to share it with you.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Get the flour ready.
-
Knead into a relatively soft dough, which is softer than usual dough, and then cover it with a clean damp cloth and let it rest for about half an hour.
-
Prepare a little flour in a small bowl.
-
Put oil in the pot and heat it to eight or nine levels.
-
Pour the oil into the noodles in a small bowl to make a puff pastry and thin it out a little.
-
Chop the scallions into chopped green onions, mince the five flowers into minced meat, add pastry, salt, and MSG and five-spice powder. They are all ready.
-
Divide the risen dough into equal-sized doughs, the size of which depends on your preference and control.
-
Roll the dough into a thin, large piece. Please ignore my unflattering rolling skills.
-
Apply the bottom layer of pastry in turn, sprinkle with five-spice powder, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and place the meat on the end to be rolled first.
-
Pull the noodles from both sides to wrap the meat, and then roll it up all the way.
-
Then flatten and shape into a round cake.
-
Put it into a frying pan or electric cake pan. Adjust the temperature of the electric cake pan to 160 degrees. If you use a gas stove, adjust it to the minimum. It is better to cover half of the cake with oil. Fry slowly, then turn over when one side is cooked.

OK, here’s the finished picture. Isn’t it very tempting? Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a crunchy bite.
