Steamed Mushroom Meat Box
Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are the fruiting bodies of the fungus Agaricus phylum, Phylum Fungi, and belong to the Basidiomycetes Agaricaceae family. They are one of the famous edible fungi in the world. It contains a unique aroma substance: shiitake mushroom essence, which forms a unique mushroom aroma, so it is called shiitake mushroom. Prepare the ingredients, mushrooms, minced meat, eggs, ginger, green onions, and old hen soup.

Wash the mushrooms, green onions and ginger.

Mince green onion and ginger.

Put the ginger and green onions into the minced meat.

Add starch.

Put sugar.

Add soy sauce.

Put sesame oil.

Add eggs, mix well and marinate for a while.

Remove the roots from the shiitake mushrooms.

Prepare corn starch, dip some mushrooms in starch, put the mixed meat filling into the mushrooms, and then put another mushroom without starch on top.

Bring the water in the steamer to a boil and steam for 12 minutes.

Make a bowl of juice with starch.

There is a lot of soup in the steamed mushrooms. Pour the soup into the wok and bring to a boil.

Add the bowl of juice. Because the soup pot has all the seasonings, I didn’t add any other seasonings.

Boil over high heat until thickened, then pour it on top of the steamed mushroom boxes. (Actually, I should add some soy sauce to adjust the color. The effect I made is not what I expected.)
