Steamed tofu with shrimp paste
Overview
This steamed tofu dish is salty and sweet, tender and fragrant. Tofu and shrimp are high-protein foods, plus mushrooms, carrots and onions. It is a combination of meat and vegetables and rich in nutrients.

Material collection, some materials are not used up.

Cut the tofu into slices, about 0.5CM thick, and place them in a basin.

Chop the vegetables.

Use a manual food processor to mince (or chop with a knife).

Peel and chop the prawns into puree.

Add salt, cooking wine and 0.5 spoon of light soy sauce and stir well.

Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry the minced shrimp over low heat.

Add sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to a little water and cook until the sugar dissolves to make a sauce.

Sprinkle the stir-fried shrimp paste on the tofu and pour the cooked sauce over it.

Pour a little water into the steamer, bring the water to a boil over high heat and steam for 10 minutes.
