Sweet and sour tofu
Overview
My husband always tells me to buy more seasonal vegetables and eat less or no greenhouse vegetables. Nowadays, there are fewer types of seasonal vegetables, and I feel tired of eating them all the time. So I thought of the same ingredients and changed the way to eat them. I made sweet and sour tofu, which is sweet and sour. I hope that our lives will be as sweet and sour as this plate of tofu in the future!

Wash the old tofu with water, wipe dry and cut into pieces
