  1. Beat the egg yolks into a water-free and oil-free basin

  2. Add milk, corn oil, 13 grams of sugar

  3. Beat until emulsified

  4. Pour in the cake flour

  5. Mix well

  6. Add 33 grams of sugar to egg whites

  7. Beat until stiff peaks

  8. Take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste

  9. Cut and mix well

  10. Add 1/3 of the egg whites and mix well

  11. Add the last 1/3 of the egg whites and mix well

  12. Mixed cake batter

  13. Take half of the cake batter and add cocoa powder

  14. Mix well

  15. Pour the original cake batter diagonally, and then pour the cocoa cake batter accordingly (I don’t have a hollow mold, so I put a can wrapped in greaseproof paper in the middle)

  16. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, place the mold into the mold and bake at 120 degrees for 50 minutes

  17. After baking, take it out immediately and turn it upside down, let it cool and remove from the mold
