Fish Pot Stickers
Overview
Miscellaneous fish pot stickers are one of the delicacies of Hongze Lake fishermen. In the past, fishermen in the Hongze Lake area in northern Jiangsu would wrap all kinds of wild fresh small fish caught directly on the boat, wrap them in a layer of flour and fry them in a pan, then add lake water to stew them, and paste a thin and even layer of dough around the upper edge of the pan. After some stewing, the fish comes out of the pan with the aroma of the cake, and the cake is dipped in the delicious taste of the fish. It's so delicious that you can't stop eating it, and you suddenly feel that it is the most delicious food in the world.

Choose a few miscellaneous fish, of course the small crucian carp will be more fragrant, and prepare other ingredients
