Stir-fried White Jade Mushrooms with Red Wine
Overview
This white mushroom is cooked in French red wine and borrows the seasoning method from Western food. The taste is relatively light, which perfectly reflects the original flavor of asparagus and white mushroom. This is a very refreshing dish during the Chinese New Year.
