King Oyster Mushroom Braised Tofu
Overview
I never liked eating fried tofu cubes sold in supermarkets until I discovered that it is stewed with king oyster mushrooms. The tofu is blended with the fragrant juice of king oyster mushrooms and garnished with a little bit of red pepper. It is juicy and juicy with a hint of spiciness. It is definitely a super enjoyable experience

Prepare the ingredients

Cut king oyster mushrooms and fried tofu into small pieces. Chop onion, garlic and red pepper
