Overview

I originally planned to make margarita cookies, but then I thought I didn’t know what to do with the remaining egg whites, so I decided to make a different idea. I have to say that biscuits are really the easiest baked snack! ! !

  1. Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat until pale and thickened

  2. Add the whole egg liquid in three batches and beat

  3. Add sifted flour and milk powder

  4. Use a spatula to mix the butter and flour evenly

  5. Form into a smooth dough, put it into a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes

  6. Divide the chilled dough into 10g balls and gently press out a small nest

  7. Put the prepared blueberry jam in and preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes
