Pork Heart Stewed Fish Maw
Overview
This is the first time I use pig heart to stew fish maw. It is really good. It is more fragrant than meat or pork bones, and it is not greasy. I added a little dendrobium and the taste is more fragrant.

Blanch the pig heart to remove the blood.

Soak isinglass and dendrobium in water and wash.

Put the pig heart, isinglass and dendrobium into the pot together, add water, bring to a boil and immediately turn off the heat.

Pour everything into the stew pot.

Simmer for 3-4 hours and add a little salt when eating.
