Prepare the main ingredients and cut them all into small cubes.

After cutting the chicken breast, add five-spice powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, sweet potato starch and 20g of cooking wine, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut dried chili peppers and green onions into sections.

Heat the oil in the pot, turn down the heat and fry the marinated chicken breast until cooked.

Clean the pot, heat oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add the chili segments first, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the green onion segments.

First add the diced carrots and stir-fry until the diced carrots change color. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, white vinegar, oil and salt and stir-fry.

Add in diced chicken breast and stir-fry.

Just before taking it out of the pan, add diced cucumbers. You don’t need to fry the cucumbers for too long, otherwise they will get old easily. I prefer them crispy.

Add chicken essence and cooked peanuts, stir-fry twice and turn off the heat.
