I have become obsessed with glutinous rice recently. I just received sausages and shrimps from home and made this shrimp, mushroom and glutinous rice dish

250g glutinous rice, 100g mushrooms, 100g lean meat, 1 sausage, 100g peas, 100g shrimp, appropriate amount of coriander, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of cornstarch.

Steam in a pot for 10 minutes, then set aside

Wash the glutinous rice and put it in the rice cooker

Soak and slice shiitake mushrooms

Cut the lean meat and marinate it with soy sauce, chicken essence, cornstarch and garlic for ten minutes

Pour oil into the pot, add ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add lean meat, shrimps, and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. Add soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt to a plate.

Then add peanut oil, heat the oil and pour in the garlic, then add the peas and stir-fry, add water and simmer, and finally add salt,

Add the fried shrimps, mushrooms, and lean meat to the stewed peas, mix them together, then pour some oyster sauce and stir-fry, add some water, and simmer for a while

Finally, pour in the cooked glutinous rice, mix it, and you’re ready to eat
