Cut the rabbit into cubes, add salt, sweet potato flour, cooking wine, and five-spice powder and marinate for 20 minutes.

Wash the dried chili peppers, add boiling water and white vinegar and soak them for 10 minutes (this is to remove the dryness and spiciness of the chili peppers, and it will not cause irritation when eaten, and the chili peppers will not burn easily when fried). After soaking, cut into sections and set aside.

Prepare the required ingredients, soak the tangerine peel in boiling water and set aside.

Put twice as much oil in the pot as usual for cooking. When it is 70% hot, add the diced rabbit and stir-fry the diced rabbit until the water is dry.
