Barley and Rose Meal Pack
Overview
It can be said that making breakfast with a small meal bag is simple and convenient. Just put fried eggs, sausages and lettuce into the bread and it will be a delicious sandwich. Office workers sometimes don’t even have time to make a sandwich. A box of milk and a meal bag can be used to solve breakfast on the road in a hurry. Add some toppings to the small meal bag, the sweet rose jam aroma, paired with milk, it is really good

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix cooked barley and rose sauce evenly and use as filling
-
Put all the ingredients except water into the mixing tank. Be careful not to put yeast and salt together.
-
Start the chef machine, first run it in gear 1 until it forms a dough, then run it in gear 2 until a rough film is pulled out
-
Take out the dough from the mixing bowl, round it up and put it into a basin to rise,
-
The dough will ferment in about 2 hours at room temperature;
-
Take out the fermented dough, press to deflate, and divide into 9 equal portions (actually only 8 portions were used, the remaining portion could not be put in, so it was thrown into the refrigerator), rounded, covered with plastic wrap and left to rest for 15 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough that has risen and flatten it, then add an appropriate amount of coix seed and rose sauce filling,
-
Pinch the edges like buns and place them on the baking sheet at intervals
-
Put the baking sheet into the oven (unplug it), put a bowl of hot water underneath, and make the second rise of the dough. The second rise time is about 40 minutes. Take out the dough after the second rise, preheat the oven, and brush the surface of the dough with egg wash
-
Preheat the upper tube of the oven to 190 degrees and the lower tube to 170 degrees. After preheating is in place, place the baking pan and set the time to 18 minutes.
-
At the end of the baking time, when you see the color on the surface of the bread, take out the baking pan and let it cool
