Secret roasted wing root
Overview
Small snacks made for babies, I especially like them. Children who like to eat chicken legs, wings and chicken wing roots can try this small wing root. The preparation method is very simple.

Wash and slice ginger.

Peel the garlic and cut into minced pieces.

Pour 50ml boiling water into the rock sugar and let it melt.

Take a slightly larger container, pour in fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil and salt, and stir evenly.

Then add minced garlic and ginger slices to make a marinade.

Wash the chicken wing roots and cut them into several slices with a knife to make them more flavorful.

Put the chicken wing roots into a container and pour 30g of dry starch.

Stir evenly with chopsticks, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
