Prepare flour and water. Dissolve the salt in the water.

Pour the water into the flour slowly, do not pour it in all at once. If there is too much water, you will have to add more flour. Mix into batter and make it slightly thin.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, heat it and then turn to low heat

Pour in the batter and spread it evenly with a spatula, making it as thin as possible.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and remove from pan.
