Dried whitebait steamed loofah
Overview
My husband is on a business trip. There is no need to cook so many dishes tonight. There is too much to eat anyway; there is no need to rush for time. No one will say anything if I eat first on my mobile phone. I can continue to publish recipes... (I smile proudly😁)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Grate the loofah, wash and cut into sections.
-
Soak the whitebait dry for 10-15 minutes, remove, wash, drain and set aside.
-
Chop the garlic, sprinkle half of it on the loofah, boil the water and steam for 7 minutes. When the time is up, open the lid, let it cool and pour off the excess water.
-
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add minced garlic and stir twice, add dried whitebait, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
-
Add some chicken powder and salt, stir-fry a few times, pour on the loofah noodles, and sprinkle some soy sauce before eating.
