Sign on asparagus
Overview
A super simple vegetarian dish. In the days of late summer and early autumn, I still like such refreshing seasonal vegetables. Everyone knows the nutritional value of asparagus. It is also paired with a fruit-based salad dressing, which is refreshing but not sweet. In fact, the main thing I introduce to this dish is mango salad dressing. After making it with vegetable salad last time, I thought it was really delicious. This time I used it alone to make a simple combination. It is a very summer salad dressing. You must try it. Compared with the mayonnaise I made before, it is much simpler and healthier. Because there is a lot of asparagus, if you blanch it for too long it will turn yellow, so I blanch the asparagus twice;
